Structure
Micronclean consumables are stocked, managed technically supported and delivered across the UK, by both Micronclean (Skegness) and by Micronclean (Newbury).
The two companies have the same consumables range, prices and terms of
business and simply operate in two geographic territories.

This enables a localised service and simplified communications with all our customers.
Cleanroom Knowledge
Micronclean
has been serving the cleanroom market for over 26 years. Our
understanding of GMP technical requirements and the importance of
security of supply is thoroughly built into our processes and ethic.
Owning and running GMP ISO class 4 ( grade B ) though to ISO class 7
cleanrooms of our own enables us to share a common platform of
understanding with our customers.
Micronclean is accredited to ISO 9001:2000, ISO 13485:2003 and holds the Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC for the design, manufacture and distribution of sterile and non sterile cleanroom products.
Technical Support
Our
in-house customer care teams provide our customers with a direct person
to person point of contact able to issue documentation and supporting
information via fax post and e-mail, whilst our experienced field based
sales team can advise on specific applications and provide a solutions
based approach.
For more in-dept support Micronclean’s in-house R & D team can be called upon to support products with additional testing or qualification were appropriate.
Logistics
Micronclean
have a unique approach to delivering products to our customers, we can
use of own extensive fleets of trucks and drivers to ensure the safe
delivery of consumable to your site.
Our GMP storage and distribution captures and controls consumable product batch numbers, allowing for such events as product recall, but also ensuring correct product stock rotation and single batch allocation can be administered.
