How do Micronclean control stock levels of goods to avoid back-orders?
Micronclean uses a simple min and max level for every part number of item carried on the system. However customer can underwrite dedicated stock holdings, which are only available to that customer. Forward orders are treated in the same way. Larger users may also utilise Micronclean’s ‘consignment stock system’, where goods are place at the customer site and invoices are raised monthly reflecting withdrawn (used) stock, replenishment can be weekly or monthly.
